Ann Lundy is Vice President Global Supply Chain Strategy for Mattel, Inc., the worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of toys and family products, with worldwide gross sales of over $7 billion in 2013.

As Vice President Global Supply Chain Strategy, Ann is responsible for developing and executing the strategies supporting Mattel’s end-to-end supply chain. In addition to developing the strategic framework, she also collaborates with business partners to support end-to-end supply chain goals, including automation and sourcing strategies, and communicates and measures business performance.

Ann began her career at Mattel in 2003 as the Director, Internal Audit and served in various other positions within logistics finance, brand finance, operations finance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) finance, strategy and audit. Prior to Mattel, Ann worked at The Walt Disney Company for eight years in various finance functions.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan and is a certified public accountant. She currently resides in Manhattan Beach, California, with her two sons.
