Ferran Raurich serves as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Global Supply Chain, for Schneider Electric, a position he has held since 2009. In this capacity, he is responsible for and oversees the Human Resources organization that supports the 12B euro Global Supply Chain organization, the largest of the Group. Global Supply Chain is a hierarchical organization comprised of 80,000+ employees who work in nearly 50 countries in logistics and network design, manufacturing, purchasing, and planning roles, among other disciplines.
In a career that spans more than 25 years in Spain, Poland, Germany, Mexico, and China, Ferran has held senior-level and managerial positions in finance and control (11 years), supply chain and manufacturing plant operations (5 years) and human resources (10 years). Prior to joining the company in 2006, he worked in the banking and automotive industries for 18 years.
Ferran graduated from Barcelona University with a Business Administration degree and has completed higher education coursework, including participating in the Senior Executive Program at Esade & Babson University, Leadership at the Peak at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and Professional Management program at Harvard University.
Ferran is based in Singapore and spends most of his personal time with his family, enjoys sports, and is currently training for an Ironman Triathlon.
